The reason Jerusalem will forever be the ‘Eternal Capital of Israel’

By Harrison Lapahie

About 1,500 BC, Moses and the Israelites, who were slaves to the Egyptians, escaped, wandered 40 years [the Exodus] in the Sinai Peninsula, received the 10 Commandments, and arrived within sight of the ‘Promise Land’, Canaan (the future Israel). The earliest known archaeological artifact to mention the word “Israel” is the ‘Merneptah Stele’ slab from ancient Egypt from 1,300 BC. About 1,010 BC, King David conquered Jerusalem, taking the ‘Ark of the Covenant’ into Jerusalem, and made it the capital of the ancient Kingdom of Israel and Judah. Under King David’s lineage would come the Son of God (YHWH), Jesus Christ (Yeshua). David’s son, King Solomon, built the 1st Temple in Jerusalem about 1,000 BC, which stood for about 420 years before being destroyed by Nebuchadnezzar II about 586 BC. The 2nd Temple was built about 586-520 BC before being destroyed by the Romans about the year 70. About 1 BC, Jesus of Nazareth (Jesus Christ [Yeshua]), a descendant from King David, would be born and later crucified in Jerusalem, but would arise from his tomb 3 days later.

When Judea became a Roman province, the Hebrews [Jews] had a violent struggle with the Romans because the Hebrews believed in Heavenly Father (YHWH), their one and only unique God, while the Romans believed that the Roman Emperor was their god who must be worshiped by all Roman citizens and slaves of the Roman Empire. Therefore, all races and groups of the civilized world (Roman Empire) worshiped the Roman Emperor except the Hebrews. This accumulated into many Jewish-Romans wars which ended about the year 136, when the last Jewish revolt against the Roman Empire, caused the Jews wide-scale destruction, expulsion, genocide and the Jews being scattered throughout the civilized world (Roman Empire).

In the year 610, the psychopath, pedophile, slave-owner, adulterer, murderer and false-prophet, Muhammad, founded Islam, and the cities of Jerusalem, Medina and Mecca, became a focal point of Islam. About the year 623 began the Islamization of Jerusalem. The Jews, Christians and any other non-Muslims who would not convert to Islam, would be murdered by the sword, be made slaves, or have to pay a tribute in order to stay alive. The Jews [and Christians] have more connection to Jerusalem than do the Muslims.

On May 14, 1948, the modern State of Israel was re-born. The following day, Egypt, Syria, Transjordan, Iraq, Yemen, Morocco, Saudi Arabia and Sudan launched the 1948 Arab-Israeli War to eliminate Israel from the face of the earth. [But they didn’t.] Israel had no army at that time, yet Israel won. Many other wars have continued between the State of Israel and the Arabs ever since, yet Israel always wins. Why? Because YHWH (Heavenly Father, Yahweh or God) is with Israel.

The Arabs want to wipe Israel off the map and think that the Israeli land is theirs, not the Jews [which YHWH had given to the Hebrews (Jews)].

Since the modern State of Israel was re-born in 1948, Jews from all over the world have been migrating back to their homeland. Jews from the Soviet Union had to give up all their personal property and money in order to immigrate to Israel. But before the State of Israel was re-born, Germany during WWII took the property and possessions of the European Jews, placed them in concentration camps, and tried to exterminate them from the face of the earth. 6 million Jews of 18 million Jews world wide during WWII were exterminated by the Nazis. That is 1 out of 3 Jews in the world at that time. Every Jew in the world today has a story to tell of their ancestors who were exterminated by the Nazis.

The modern state of Israel and all the land that surrounds it (Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Sinai Peninsula, Saudi Arabia, Turkey) is or once was their Jewish homeland. Jerusalem was the capital of ancient Israel and modern-day Israel, and therefore Jerusalem is the ‘true’ Capital of Israel. If you need more proof, just read the Bible. Still need proof? Then read the Qur’an. Why? Because there is no mention of Jerusalem in the Qur’an. Because of this, the U.S. Embassy should be in Jerusalem and not in Tel Aviv. The Arabs have no connection to Jerusalem other than conquering Jerusalem in the past and murdering the Jews and Christians in the Middle East, destroying their places of worship and claiming Jerusalem as their own.

Because of this history of the Jews, Jerusalem will forever be the ‘Eternal Capital of Israel’.
